The Brief

PKG Group brings together two sides of the same mission: PKG Academy, rooted in coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practice, and PKG Training, delivering accredited courses in First Aid, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, HSE & Compliance and safeguarding. Different subject matter, same underlying belief — that real learning changes how people show up, at work and in life.

Translating that into an e-learning platform meant more than recording someone talking through slides. PKG Group needed long-form training content that reflected the depth and care built into their courses over three decades of real-world practice, filmed on an ongoing basis as their course library continues to grow.

An Ongoing Production Partnership

Rather than a single shoot, this became a continuing relationship — video production scheduled around PKG Academy and PKG Group's course calendar, covering a growing variety of subjects as new courses are developed and existing ones are refreshed.

That ongoing structure meant:

  • Long-form course content, filmed and edited for direct upload to the e-learning platform, built to hold a learner's attention across a full module rather than a two-minute highlight
  • A consistent visual and production standard across every course, so learners moving between PKG Academy and PKG Training content experience the same quality throughout
  • Flexibility to cover a wide range of subject matter — from coaching and leadership development through to compliance-driven training like first aid and fire safety — each requiring a different tone without losing the PKG Group identity

More Than the Courses Themselves

Alongside the course library, production also covered intro videos and stills for marketing use — giving PKG Group a consistent bank of imagery and short-form content to introduce courses, promote the academy, and support their wider marketing beyond the e-learning platform itself.

Filming for Depth, Not Just Delivery

PKG Academy describes its work as creating transformation, not simply delivering information — and that shaped how each course was filmed. Rather than a static, lecture-style setup, sessions were captured to keep the presenter's expertise and presence at the centre, giving learners something closer to being in the room than watching a screen.

For PKG Training's more practical, compliance-led courses, the emphasis shifted toward clarity and pace — content built so learners retain what they need to apply on the job, without losing the accessible, human tone that runs through everything PKG Group produces.

The Result

PKG Group now has a growing library of long-form video courses covering both PKG Academy and PKG Training subject matter, produced to a consistent standard and ready for ongoing use on their e-learning platform. With production continuing course by course, the library is built to scale alongside PKG Group's own growth — supported by a bank of intro videos and stills for marketing across the wider business.
